TDS-Water Quality Sensor

TDS is based on the principle that there is a mathematical relationship between ion concentration and conductivity in liquids, and uses the test value of pure water conductivity to judge the quality of pure water.

TDS accurately determines the purity of pure water based on its electrical conductivity. Typically, when the conductivity (at 25°C) is ≤1 μS/cm, the purity is considered acceptable.
