ABD-Bubble Detector
The ABD is based on the principle of the photoelectric effect and detects the presence of air bubbles in the microfluidic liquid path, providing early warning of anomalies during precision pipetting. It can also be used to assist in determining whether the liquid in a sealed opaque container has been drained.
